Hi Denise, I used Bob's Red Mill Wheat/Gluten Free All Purpose Flour for the bread. Stay tuned, have a review/giveaway coming up! :) -Also I apologize to everyone else that commented, even after approval comments aren't showing up... I'm working on it!
