We all love Amazon.com right? If you are one of the few that don't shop there, you should, I admit I started a few months ago myself. It's hard to get some of the special diet foods nearby and sometimes the only option is to order from the web, and Amazon is one of my options I frequent. I also love that they have a good selection of food allergy related children's books, those are on my wish list for now. :)

ReplyDeleteI think I am following via email now and also via GFC! The new look of the blog is great, I love it!! I unfortunately know a lot about allergies as both my oldest son and husband have severe, life threatening food allergies. We carry epipens everywhere, there's one in all the cars, rooms, bags, etc. the best thing I know to do is be prepared, informed and educated. Thanks for doing this, such a great idea!

I am a new follower & I appreciate the giveaway you are hosting! I deal with food allergies too and the biggest surprises I have learned is how pervasive your food allergens can be (because of hidden elements in common foods) and how difficult food allergies can be to track (because symptoms often do not show up for days, and they show up in ways we don't expect). I recently reviewed a book which is fabulous for dealing with this problem - it is called Food Allergy & Gluten-Free Weight Loss - and the author has written several other excellent books on the topic as well!
