I first started blogging and using social media as an outlet to learn more about food allergies.  It has since, slowly but surely blossomed into so much more.  I have a deep passion for creating safe dishes for my whole family.  We deal with severe multiple food allergies.  We have a long list of foods, which are wheat, rye, oat, bananaonion, garlic, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nuts, tilapia fish, tuna, salmon, shellfish, millet, sweet potato, and we have some more that we avoid as well.  My husband and I grew up without any allergies, so this has been and is a learning experience for us all.

Our lives don't revolve around what we can't have but all that we can!  We love to travel as a family, and taking every opportunity to escape to see something new!  Making memories, creating traditions, and making the most out of every situation.

Dealing with the everyday moments in life that sometimes feels like a roller coaster ride with so many loops, up and downs.  I always try to focus on the positive in everything.
